LP Seven Letters - Singles Collection

In 1967, an unknown group of musicians called The Bees toured England as Prince Buster's backing band. This tour immediately gave the band notoriety in the club scene. In 1968, the band released their self-titled debut album under the name The Pyramids, but it was the follow-up that made the band legendary: In 1970, the band released the album “Skinhead Moonstomp” under the seven-letter band name Symarip. The album and its single broke all records and sold millions of copies. In 1968 the band recorded a series of singles under the name Seven Letters. Same musicians, but with a different band name for contractual reasons. Now, more than 50 years later, these songs have been compiled into a discography album.
