American films have always been popular in Jamaica, but few genres have been as beloved as the Spaghetti Western. This passion was often reflected in film titles, stage names, and lyrics. Its heyday was reached between 1969 and 1972, coinciding with the golden age of Boss Reggae. The Upsessions also made their mark within this genre. For this album, they collaborated with none other than reggae legend Monty Neysmith, co-founder and composer of Symarip, The Pyramids, and Seven Letters. The album is a tribute to Jamaica's fascination with Spaghetti Westerns. The cover art is particularly noteworthy, hand-painted by Dutch artist Willem Bergisch.
