A few years ago, Stranger Cole was on the tour bus heading to a headlining festival in Europe. When asked what music was playing on the bus and the singer's name, he replied, "Kings and Queens by Patsy." The singer laughed at his answer because, in the early 1960s, he had recorded several singles with a singer named Milliecent "Patsy" Todd. Impressed by her voice, Stranger was eager to get into the studio with her. Like the album "Kings and Queens," the brand-new album "Royal" was also produced by Dutch producer Boss Capone of The Upsessions.
